I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. My suggestion is not to join technico industries in marketing dept. specially under Vikas gupta who's handling south west zone customers are Tata Mahindra Renault Nissan. Already multiple assisting peoples are resigned due to mentally harassment and HOD is appreciating things. His monopoly in the dept. You not be valued despite of hardworking.
