There is nothing to like about. I was responsible for developing strategy and new verticals but the company is simply not interested in it. Everyday they bring something new and work on it. This isn’t how a business is developed. Pathetic work culture and very strict timings. They straightaway cut employee salary.

Dislikes

The management guys are the worst. Especially medha sakpal. She has started her own company called techniche imunita hired 3 employees and pays them hefty salary. Their only job is to sit in office watch linkedin and then watch serials and do gossip with her.

Nothing to like. Management is aimless and having so much concern of business but that tok without any ground support. In short they ate day dreamer. Managemebt wakes up suddenly aks for result. And yes they are expert enough to keep their employee for any mistake or loss which may have been incurred due to their pathetic decision making attitute. In total not recommended work in such company.

No work culture No decipline No professionalism No etiquates No business proficinacy No business skill Salaries are never in time. Always delays. And whenever management want, they will put any ones salary on hold for no reason. If employee does followup for salary then that enployee is not competative enough and they consider them unded poerformance whereas employee must have given great effort in to the business. Work Details

No work at all. All imunita team siting and getting salary for nothing and who are working their salary goes on hold. Management want business but do not want to invenst money they just try to eat out their employee salary etc.
