Techstack and learning is top notch. Projects are complex offering great learning oppurtunity. Needs high levels of ownership and commitment to succeed here.

Not really a dislike but work environment is intense. Not for happy go lucky. Fully work from office

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
