The leadership and management team in Techinfond is excellent and we are extremely happy to work here. The infrastructure and conpany policies are in best practices.

Dislikes

Team leaders should be experienced and they should treat their team members in a friendly manner.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
