Total exp: 6 years as Business Analyst Will it be a good decision to switch to Tech Mahindra or stay with PwC for longer term? Need your guidance and help on deciding the same? Thanks in advance

Location is good.. Huge cafeteria and gaming zone... Different events for fun...onshore opportunity chances are good

Dislikes

Fixed salary hike for freshers which is very very less and a 2 year bond....also no on the job training for freshers....they will go through certain training and exams for 15 days and after that they are allocated in some project even in their probation period...No bonus during festivals.. Politics.... No hike during covid but work load was more
