The work culture is awesome where in you got a lot options as a fresher to Upskill and promote yourselves to next roles.

Dislikes

The over all experience has been great noting to complain about. Definitely, would love to see more of work life balance to be implicated and Many more BHR activities to be implicated on ground involving major numbers to elove benefits form them

Was a great experience working here. Got to improve on my skills and also kept on the high to work all the time. Got promoted as Quality as they say bigger roles with bigger responsibilities

3-4 years back the situation in MSat/TechM was beginning to worsen after the Satyam takeover by TechM. During that time, trainings and infrastructure were the only positives I could think of. Of course, Satyam's infrastructure was a freebie obtained after the takeover.Job security and all other things you could think of was beginning to worsen in Mahindra Satyam after the confirmed takeover. I think now the situation is worse off compared to its peers. Enough has been shown in the social/print/digital media on the retrenchments in the worst possible way. For me, joining TechM was a negative, though I do credit MSat (not TechM) for what I learnt on the job there for 2+ years....Read More

Dislikes

Salary increments are peanuts and appraisals are not reliable. Job security is nil and there is no balance in work-life balance. Infrastructure is good but that is expected from any IT service provider nowadays. Work Culture depends on which state/ country the company is situated because ultimately its the people/employees who create the culture</mark>. From the area I operated (Hyd), there was politics involved in patches but there were also people who recognized your work. So, employees shape up the culture. Career growth again depends on your manager and other people factors. Personally, I felt it was not at all a transparent system where career growth/ culture gets influenced by people and not the work you perform. So, its a big let down there. Overall, TechM is way far off from Satyam of yesteryears....Read More

Work Details

Work here is hectic. I had to even carry work home on weekends, at times. I remember coming on Independence Day to complete the work. I have heard associates been put on bench just after recruitment. So absurd but true.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
