its closer to home. Dress code is flexible. Anybody can get into any project irrespective of experience just to keep the head count up.

Dislikes

As a fresher's perspective, one of the worst company as there is not enough motivation on training given to anyone. The politics of the higher management and senior resources are unbearable. The employee's interest is not considered when allocated to projects. If these projects are rejected, you will not get a project again. As youget your experience, because of lack of cross skilling and upskilling, employee learns very less at the same time frame compared to the learning curve you get to see in start ups. Very little is done to retain key resources eventhough it is very important to retain certain employees. The performance is not recognized by management. Certain projects are totally ignored for some activities. Not all resources are utilized upto full potential. When a project is being let go, they will do everything they can to fire you without giving a second chance. For promotions and ratings the people closer to management and similar ethnicity get preferences. Does very little to provide opportunities to local population especially to bangloreans. This company with so many resources has potential to play bigger part in educating and providing employment to the local youth and but as it seems local people are always ignored in fresher recruitment even lateral experienced people....Read More

The most important thing is that you will get the 100%variable pay in monthly basis.

Dislikes

I don't find any thing...but may it's depends project to project.

Hello All, I am currently working as a Senior Consultant with PwC since May 2022. I have an offer from Tech Mahindra of 20LPA (17.5 fixed) and currently I am in a package of 13LPA(11.69 fixed).
