Work environment had been great with me throughout the whole tech mahindra journey. Tech Mahindra does give opportunity to learn a lot and grow.

Dislikes

The appraisal system is very poor and there is no appreciation for all the work done even if u will b working very hard.

Work Details

Not much satisfied as tech mahindra does not aim for associate welfare.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Training period was fun and enjoyable. All the client projects my friends working are good. And they ave a very good business structure.

Dislikes

CIO PS payroll is, the project i was designated to work, was the worst internal project ever. Since its an internal project its nonbillable. You wont have any good things like client dinner, quarterly party, Team outing and dinner etc., that your friends from other client project get. Onsite opportunity is highly available to Hyderabad and Noida. There is no good food counter. Finance users(clients or payroll users from Hyderabad who are techm employees too who process payroll) has no sense of providing proper BRD(Requirement document). Once we are into the user testing they provide lots of new development which was irrelevant to the BRD provided. Our Managers, Team lead and head ask us to go with the changes from the first without any consent. Result was Internal projects are worst and these people have poor business structure....Read More
