Culture favouring same caste members: Puntambekar, Sarafs, Patil's, Dixit, Kulkarni, Brahmins, Pandits, South Indians, Racism-Telegu, Tamilians, Marathons etc for promotion and renumeration and normalisation of salary. Always Perception based approach of P1,P2 & E1 band managers when it comes to rewards or awards.

Tech Mahindra is an ocean of opportunities, but getting into the right project is a difficult task more than skill you need some contacts and moreover luck. Learning is given an importance and projects are having good standards. Appraisals are for namesake and politics are there. Overall an average company.

Career growth is entirely dependent on your Managers discretion, how much you perform or the skills/degree/certification you have doesn't have anything to do.

Most of the projects are client driven and so good platform for learning and development with the latest SDLC trends in the market. But no compensation provided by TechM and which tends imbalance financially. And so not a recommended company.
