the culture and the managements is dependent with the working company.

the POCs changed very frequently for me. if you are working in any of the project based timings, there was no such benefits provided for the night shifts for me. In my tenure of the work no appraisal happened for almost two years. The benefits and policies were not very clear for me.

Pathetic company, they didnt give me relieving letter.. The HR named Amrita Choudhury is very rude and pathetic.. She treat employee like a labour.. I worked at teamware for more than 8 months, did night shifts too due to medical reason I left this company but they are not giving me relieving letter
