Job Title : SAP HANA BI Consultant

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SAP HANA BI Consultant to join our team, bringing expertise in data integration, migration, and quality management using SAP BOBJ, Business Objects Data Services (BODS), and Power BI. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing robust data solutions to meet organizational needs, working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams. The consultant will be responsible for ETL processes, data quality assurance, and developing business intelligence solutions, with a focus on delivering high-quality data solutions.

Technical Skills Required :

- Expertise in SAP HANA, BOBJ, BODS, Power BI, HANA BI

- Strong knowledge of ETL design and development

- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and relational databases

- Experience with data quality tools and methodologies

Position Requirements :

- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in SAP HANA BI consulting or a similar role.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven ability to design, develop, and implement ETL processes using SAP BODS.

- Experience in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various source systems to target systems.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Ability to collaborate with business analysts and data architects to meet data requirements.

- Implement and enforce data quality rules and processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

- Proficiency in monitoring and improving data quality through profiling, cleansing, and validation.

- Capability to analyze complex data requirements and design data integration solutions.

- Develop jobs, workflows, and data flows aligned with business objectives.

- Optimize ETL jobs for performance and scalability.

- Conduct unit and integration testing of data solutions.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including data mappings and process designs.

- Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, scientists, and business users.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data-related issues.

- Train and mentor junior staff on best practices and methodologies.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SAP BW or other SAP technologies.

- Knowledge of additional ETL tools and data integration platforms.

- Understanding of industry-specific data models and standards.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team-oriented environment.
