Teamware solution is a payroll company. Work life balance/culture and all depends upon the client you're deployed to, Teamware can do nothing with that. But being a payroll company, this one is the best i would say. You have any problem, your HR will try to solve this. They will respond you anytime you need help. Never got any issue with salary, on 1st of every month the salary will be credited.

I cant comment of work culture and job security as Teamware is consultancy firm and we have to work for another company through Teamware. But comparing policies and HR support was overall good as compared to another consultancies. As Teamware provides 1 lakh of medical coverage which most of the consultancies wont provide also compared to leaves Teamware provides more leaves that other consultancies and even continuous HR calls asking if employee is facing any issues. Teamware needs to increase the mediclaim amount from 1 lakh to at least 3 lakh, Its ok if you ask employee to contribute, In todays world 1 lakh is insufficient amount for a simple surgery also. Also if possible employee should allow to add his parents in it by adding some amount from employee contribution. Cause Mediclaim policy is more required to senior citizens now a days.
