1. Good work life balance 2. Job security is no issue if you are delivering good work 3. You will learn al lot under the AVP(TECH) 4. You get to learn a lot. No restriction.

Dislikes

1. No defined process for developement as company is sales driven. You will get continuous development as sales people commit things which your products won't have.. 2. Mostly work done on ad-hoc basis. 3. Pay is very less. CEO believes in cheap labour. Remember this. 4. No proper increment. Not being biased. They don't give even though your RM would have recommend it. 5. Even though the AVP(Tech) has a vision but the founders and CEO makes every decision of tech. 6. Medical benifit is very very low. 1L 7. Fresher make around 10-15K 8. 2-3 year exp. Are given max 25K...Read More

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
