I am sorry but it's one of the most unprofessional organizations so far I have come across. The HR dept is one of the worst. I had to remind them time and again about my full and final settlement. I have not even received the Form 16. Never had I ever faced so many issues.

Nothing I wasted my 2 years due to family situations I tolerated everything now I shifted with double time salary not same field. Telecom if u join in team lease you need node and u should have double face. If u work hard and having high integrity this place not suit for u. Toxic work place too much back bitting

Nothing even the senior manager behavior is not good. They will you work on Sunday as well as they will call you at night and ask about work. There is no work life balance.

Dislikes

Every little things even when you're right they will say "paper daal do" . The senior manager shout on every little things and if you're right and you start giving explanation to them they will not listen you once and say bag uthaao Or nikal jaoo yha se in front of everyone. There's no respect of employees.
