There is nothing that I didn't like, just a little problem with the management like manager and general manager they are little bit rude to employees not all but some manager they often threat to resign suddenly if you will not delivere the number you have to resign this kind of treat employee goes to be dipression or decide to leave the premises

Nothing I wasted my 2 years due to family situations I tolerated everything now I shifted with double time salary not same field. Telecom if u join in team lease you need node and u should have double face. If u work hard and having high integrity this place not suit for u. Toxic work place too much back bitting

Nothing even the senior manager behavior is not good. They will you work on Sunday as well as they will call you at night and ask about work. There is no work life balance.

Dislikes

Every little things even when you're right they will say "paper daal do" . The senior manager shout on every little things and if you're right and you start giving explanation to them they will not listen you once and say bag uthaao Or nikal jaoo yha se in front of everyone. There's no respect of employees.

It's been 4 months I have joined Teamlease, I havent faced any issues, Manager is quite supportive in terms of work, helping the team for any sort of issues,motivates the team to perform better, helps the team to upgrade to the next level learning new skills & flexible work timings.

Dislikes

Nothing as such.. I haven't experienced any dislikes during my tenure so far.
