I have associated to backend operations, reporting Managers won,t give our leaves, won't leave home after official hours, it may take 10-12 hours at office, they forced do work at holidays and festival days and they blackmails for rating ( Performance based Quality Marks ) if we're take our own earned leaves and not working on holidays or festivedays.

don't expect career growth, there is no proper appraisals get because everything is politics made by Reporting Manager, and do not expect to learn something in your work place....

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
