It's a nice organization to work here. Here I get a full knowledge about software, laptop, hardware, the position which I have applied. The team members are good here and a supportive and cooperative wth team managers a helpful hand in the organization. It's a great pleasure to work fully in this organization. Company policies are good.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
