If you are starting your career and you don't have a big name attached to you yet then you might consider going for this company. I will not guarantee awesome work life balance or better pay or great working culture. The underlying truth is this company wants to get the job done at cheapest prices so out will give you the opportunity to work at different clients solving multiple problems and making great connections for you upcoming future career. Because the company does not have much resources, you get the opportunity to learn and grow. Sure it will be hectic, a lot of pressure but after a year or two you and an employee working at a big MNC with 4-5 years of experience can offer to the market will be same.
