It's an ED Tech Company that is run and managed by a team who has no idea about the Education segment!! They have created a good software (eventually) but are unable to decide how to price it! Their vision changes every month...from aiming to become a default service provider to all schools across the country the vision has changedto becoming a premium player withing 6 months paired by a totally incompetent service team. They just want to sell more and not serve at all. Experienced talent from the Education industry are hired only to be replaced by strategy makers who have never been on field but only know who to create excel sheets and strategies! My managers and colleagues were good.

Every month Company change their rules, pricing and strategy. And no one is secured here , Compny can anytime fire or Layoff anyone without prior notice. In past 8 month they payed off 500+ workers without notice. They change their mind , pricing, strategy every 2 weeks. Work life balance is poor, no job security, no proper salary hike (but lay off).

There is no proper training and they will not assigne the work and in end the manager will tell you don't know the product. I joined as PS and they made me to work in support for 4 months by saing there is no bandwidth. And they will tell u done know the product in end. No groth.

Few bunch of kids had opend the company, who does not themselves know how to operate in market in edtech segment, change of job role is being done at every month, no security at all, they can fire you at any day, inexperienced and incapable people are made managers who never had a team handling experience, and the company is very insensitive towards their client. Bad founders who are pretty young and naïve Only founder friends are in AVP/VP position and above Irrespective of your experience you are made to report into people who are founder friends (The person i reported into has 0 edtech experience while i had 7 years of exp, I am reporting into a AVP who is my junior and VP who is AVPs junior and COO who is VPs junior batch and CEO who is COOs junior) - Broken hierrachy 10+ product pivots and yet to find a reason why investors are even investing in this company 120+ sales and 100+ KAM team has been reduced to 60+ sales and KAM team members Many have been forced to resign to the company...Read More

Nothing, it's a pathetic company to work with the most confused bunch of people including the business head. They are not sure about what they want to do. There is so much politics in the company that the performers are pressurized to resign, just to save the favorite employees of zonal heads. They will hire you for something else and ask you to do something else and if you do well in that role the politics will start against you.
