Very unstable company. Frequent layoffs every quarter, inexperienced directors leading different teams which leads to company failure, lots of useless teams, due to frequent layoffs company sales are also poor, client list down by more than half in last 1year, eCommerce heads leading ed infra companies in Bangalore is the main reason for company's failure, lot's of internal politics which fired the talented ones and kept the slow workers and talentless people. I've been in the company for sometime and it's been great watching the company grow the way it did. The management is approachable and willing to discuss things directly with you despite of your position or level. They give you free reign to try new things, learn and make mistakes. They have a great esops and referral program as well!

Few bunch of kids had opend the company, who does not themselves know how to operate in market in edtech segment, change of job role is being done at every month, no security at all, they can fire you at any day, inexperienced and incapable people are made managers who never had a team handling experience, and the company is very insensitive towards their client. Nothing, it's a pathetic company to work with the most confused bunch of people including the business head. They are not sure about what they want to do. There is so much politics in the company that the performers are pressurized to resign, just to save the favorite employees of zonal heads. They will hire you for something else and ask you to do something else and if you do well in that role the politics will start against you. I don't know if the owners are knowing about this nasty politics or not. But they are also very confused that is for sure....Read More
