There is no proper training and they will not assigne the work and in end the manager will tell you don't know the product. I joined as PS and they made me to work in support for 4 months by saing there is no bandwidth. And they will tell u done know the product in end. No groth.

Few bunch of kids had opend the company, who does not themselves know how to operate in market in edtech segment, change of job role is being done at every month, no security at all, they can fire you at any day, inexperienced and incapable people are made managers who never had a team handling experience, and the company is very insensitive towards their client. Nothing, it's a pathetic company to work with the most confused bunch of people including the business head. They are not sure about what they want to do. There is so much politics in the company that the performers are pressurized to resign, just to save the favorite employees of zonal heads. They will hire you for something else and ask you to do something else and if you do well in that role the politics will start against you. I don't know if the owners are knowing about this nasty politics or not. But they are also very confused that is for sure....Read More
