I regret to say that my experience working for Teachmint has been disappointing. The company has a high turnover rate, constantly hiring and firing employees without providing adequate support or clear direction. The only culture they seem to cultivate is an optic one, where the appearance of staying late is valued more than actual productivity. The lack of planning and foresight has led to an unstable work environment, causing stress and anxiety for many employees. Additionally, the behavior of the COO is concerning. Instead of setting an example and working diligently, he spends his time engaging in gossip and idle chit-chat. This lack of work ethic sets a poor example for the rest of the company and contributes to a toxic work environment. Furthermore, the company seems to engage in fake comments, asking employees to leave positive reviews despite the negative experience many of us have had. It is simply absurd to see positive reviews and ratings when 70 people were fired on the same day. This lack of compassion and consideration for employees is unacceptable. Overall, I cannot in good conscience recommend Teachmint as a desirable place to work. Every month Company change their rules, pricing and strategy. And no one is secured here , Compny can anytime fire or Layoff anyone without prior notice. In past 8 month they payed off 500+ workers without notice. They change their mind , pricing, strategy every 2 weeks. Work life balance is poor, no job security, no proper salary hike (but lay off).
