Thank you for the response. However, there are a few remarkable notions that we would like to shed light on: Primarily, work life balance is indeed a crucial aspect that we as a company continuously thrive to accomplish. However, our willingness to maintain a healthy work-life balance is also dependent on the teams that operate within the company, and if not taken seriously, results in a desirable outcome. As an example, if the teams do not work on a timely basis, the overall hierarchy gets impacted, yet as considerate and professional personnel we understand the complexity of the situation, and always motivate everyone to work timely for maintaining a healthy work life balance. However, as a company we are always open to suggestions for improvisation and we would like to spare a moment to thank you for the valuable feedback. We hope that we were able to explain a different perspective, that has maybe been skipped to consider.
