It is a great place to gauge what obstacles come in the way of a student, a school and a community in order to provide excellent education to the upcoming generation with poverty in mind.

Dislikes

Hierarchy and not very strong evidence based teaching/ learning training is given to Fellow. Since every fellow works under multiple layers of constraints, two years is very short to gain skill/expertise in building teaching skills and effectively understanding how culture plays an immense role in empowering the younger generation.

If you like teaching, you get to teach in classrooms and they will help you with how to teach.

Dislikes

No personal life as no time available for yourself. No autonomy in classrooms. So much pressure and too much interference.
