At times it becomes a little overwhelming because the community you work in and the students you work with are in such a situation that ends up making you feel emotionally exhausted or frustrated. The work we do is multi-level which makes it even more important to be able to manage your well-being. It's not that the company don't have support system but one needs to acknowledge the their own situation and reach out for help....Read More
