To be a part of TCS was a great achievement in my life. The job security offered by the company is very good. The HR team was very much supportive to the employees as they cared for our welfare.

Dislikes

The job is very hectic, even though we are updating our time sheet as 9 hours,we used to work for 10 hours daily without any pay. Sometimes they use to make us work for 12 hours. The management is very poor as they don't care, if we are happy or not. The management just want their work to be done without noticing our welfare or evenwithout approving any urgent leaves. The worst thing is, we wont get any national holidays , even for Xmas we have to be in office....Read More
