People say TCS is the government office of it sector and they are 200% correct in this. It's a abode for the people looking for a low pressure work culture with a steady income. They lack infrastructure and endeavour to implement the latest technologies. They treat employees taken for granted and hardly there is any policy for theirsatisfaction. Every policy is age old rules to satisfy their own needs. There is hardly any policy transperancy to the employee and often they are kept at darkness regarding their deserving rewards. Recently they have started some learning curriculums but are very tiresome and is not employee friendly. Hike is uncountable figure-- that which can't be counted in ur payslip. Gradation system not based on your yearly performance but on their whom of cost cutting. Onsite opportunities are their in many projects. They have adopted to latest techs like cloud and AI but lacks the vision to implement full-scale market standard solutions. Not recommended for the freshers.
