TCS is a hugh IT giant and has many projects. TCS is a secure company for employees however your growth in the company depends upon your relationship with manager irrespective how good you are in the work and give 100%. If you speak openly then you are screwed and your desire thinking will be messed up by the management people. Theydon't care about what you are future endeavor they just want you as a slave and listen to them all the times. Politics and the management. Not all people are bad however some people takes the things personally when you refuse to work according to them and talk about your area of interest. According to them you are good for nothing if you don't follow them and the will screw your promotion, appraisal, ratings etc...

Work Details

It's good if you manager doesn't ask to work after hrs. They have that habit to call after hrs and disturb your family time.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
