Good Working culture, Stress-free work life, offers various career opportunities, Good HR supports, product support, and health insurance welfare especially Tata Trust.

Dislikes

•Uncertainty on project allocation. •Yearly/Promotion Hike will not make much difference. •Less remuneration (those who joined after you will earn better compensation at TCS).

TCS is giant we already know, I will shortly tell the pros and cons. Pros - job security, learning and development, work life balance, environment is great, Cons - salary is comparable very less, random work location and project allocation, long hierarchy process (like in project release, change location),
