This is a very secure job with not so much work pressure. Got a very good team. Being joined a fresher team mates helped a lot in learning the work and are quite cooperative.

Dislikes

Being a huge MNC growth is very little for entry level candidates. The hike range is very poor even after the company's performance is good. The company do not adopt to the new technologies which is a big minus especially for the employees who are at their initial stages of career.

Work Details

My job is to provide production support and resolve issues or enhance the existing code for a pharma client. I work on a ETL tool to load all the data of the client into wearhouse. There is a lot to learn technically and on how to work as a team.

It totally depends on the Client. If you are lucky enough and get a Indian Client then you only have to work for 3-4 hrs max .
