1.) If you are on Bench and there is no relevant project available with TCS to match your current skill set then RMG will ask you to learn new skill set and give interview to client for new project. So learning a new skill set after 15 years of exp is quite time consuming and even if you learnt then with 15 years of experience whereclient is paying huge on behalf of you to TCS so you should be pro in domain which is quite difficult. In Case If you will be on Bench for a year TCS will give you D grade by default and your overall CTC will be reduced by flat 25% that is biggest drawback of TCS. 2.) You will only get 30% of your variable pay mentioned in CTC. 3.) There is no loyal commitments from managers here<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. They will only give lollipop (like increase in salary or onsite) till the time project is dependent on you</mark>. 4.)
