Im completely disliking the work culture.. no life balance nothing.. if we are working we should be extending our shift like anything no humanity at all .. and no increment.. they will give hike for 100 rs. My very first company is the worst experience. Thank you

I'm working at this Company, and there are no fixed working hours. Sometimes I have to work from 10 to 12 hours, and occasionally even 14 to 15 hours. Additionally, weekly offs are not fixed either. We can't take off whenever we want, and there's no guarantee that we'll get a week off every 6 or 10 days."
