I was working in this company from past three years and they treat their employees so cheap. If the stores are getting closed they play cheap dramas and make employee to resign. They forcefully transfer women employee to far distance store and make them to resign. Never ever join a company who treats his employee like a slave. Me being women is being transferred to store which is 30km far from my living place. So this is a company without any ethics....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
