Micro management, Meetings will not be in professional way, No time sense to be seen while working pressure from all the aspects ex:- sales, VM, training, events, audits all will be held on same time some time their is no proper communication will happen among themselves with backend team to lead this pressure, to be honest no secure for the job you may lose job any point of time.

I'm a exemployee of tcns. I worked at soul space spirit at bellandur, Bangalore. I was very much appreciated about product training & incentives plan. Staff should have know about products knowledge, stories concepts, fast moving articles, seasonal display.
