Company culture is very bad, seniors not behave properly with subordinates, I specially take a name of of manager of of Mumbai *Jayesh savla* he abuse their subordinates and so many things I worked under him and he is not capable of the responsibility ware he is, maybe he not show oppo company but he show to the employees, find someemployee have fear to speak openly about him because their fear of their job loss,... make be that isnident will not happend I'll be still working there, glad to do that, Stilll I thanks to TCNS who give me the opportunity to work as my first job...
