Too much politics and racism. Its a backend office of HO. Who know OILING, for them best company to work with. All your hard work and ideology will not work here unleash you are good at OILING. If you are not from LOCAL it will be more worse for them. All small and HO supporting type work are done here, if you don't want to forget your knowledge then think before joining. What you have learned before that also will forget after working here. And management having cheap mindset don't bother about the employee, for each separate employee they apply different different policies. After all job satisfaction is not there at all.
