I worked as a Resident Engineer, but they have a policy that every vendor(3rd party payroll) should have work only for 2 years . After 2 years everyone go for cooling period (3 months). In cooling period they doesn't provide any salary. They didn't informed me before joined the TCL company. So in that case 3 months no work no pay. After 3 months I am again eligible for a new employee and can go for an interview again, its may be same post or if any other post is vacant. Its so ridiculous policy....Read More

Office location is terrible. TCL is not able to manage its business in India currently. Various cost cutting measures have been implemented starting from unavailable bathroom tissue papers to travel to achievement incentives, everything you can imagine.
