Leadership is working on one way thaught,there is no discussion or could say listening concept to take it forward company. CEO of SCS had given more power and he only decide for any change and similar has got MD blind faith,so if someone communicate also does not have any corrective actions.

Worst work culture, Senior managers are not helpful, serious lack of automation, no middle level management. Absence of proper guidance from seniors. Unskilled people are often hired as it cost less to company. People who cannot open even a PC are promoted based upon their experience.
