Working in TCIF was a nightmare. HR madam Namita and head Dr Munish, both are worse kind of people. They torture the employees. No work life balance. No learning. Basically it is a trap. Even in probation period, they will tell to do a notice period of 15 days if you want to leave. They do not provide any experience letter if you resign on your own. I have never seen such GUNDARAZ. If you are good in buttering it is heaven for you. But they will play with your life and career. Even no body will listen to your pleads and blame you for a single failure. Work Details

No work life. Head Dr munish thinks employees are his slaves and make the employees stay in office till 7 or 8pm in the name of meeting. Even in sundays they will make you sit in front of laptop. If you don't attend he will scold you

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am part of a team that markets reliable. I get to travel tourist places especially to the Darjeeling, Goa and Ooty.

Dislikes

Compensation and growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 16 - 18 hours straightly in a day and sometimes I slept in office. Management do not value an individual unique strength.

Yes I am happy to work TCI Foundation for year an half. Management is ok by little bit politics in the organization. No future for long term. Contractual work, and no guarantee for continuation after a year.

Dislikes

Lots of political issue in the organization, short working term for men and long working term for women in the organization. Contractual work for year, for continuation depending on the project and the role of the person.
