Iam happy working with TB ALERT INDIA .Organizatio counducting softskil trainings every quarter of all staff.So happy working with Organization.

Compensation is good,but growth is slow. The work pressure is avarage .

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is most challenging as I have to look after the entire team and monitoring life cycle as well as manage day -to- day field verification.It was a great learning expirience.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
