The management is very good and supports teachers when needed. The teachers are pushed to take up challenges to learn better. The right guidance is given by the well experienced management team. There is continuous exchange of knowledge, ideas which enhances the work atmosphere. Policies are laid out after thorough consultation with the leadership team, so each of feel heard and acknowledged.

Nothing is that grossly wrong here to be disliked.

I found the work culture excellent. The school is got it's Values in place. I feel respectable and was able to adapt easily. I enjoy my work. I look forward to come to school. The promoters of the school are good visionaries, proud to have them as my school leaders. Thank you Tatva.
