Tata's culture is very good and I am proud to be part of this group. I was working with Tata Teleservice Maharashtra Ltd. and everyone was getting regular training programs. Salary increment and appraisal was happening satisfactory , work environment was very positive till this company was having separate entity as TATA TELESERVICE MAHARASHTRA LTD.

Dislikes

Post merger with TTSL we saw drastically changes in company policy. There were lot of approval procedure which affects new customers acquisition. TTML was profit making organization as it was limited to Mumbai,Pune & Goa but post merger it could not continue its profit with other loss making circles. They stopped transport facility which we use to get in a subsidiary rates, they stop outbound training, soft skill training. Our vertical head are sitting at other circle and they started to rate our performance as per their convince. Their favorite candidates are still there despite of average performance. Such politics was not there till we were TTML employee. But it started when company started to hire top managers from Airtail&other Telecom company....Read More
