Work life balane is a good factor in this company.

Dislikes

Too much politics, not aggressive for business. Too much show up instead of actual work. Job not secured as they are not able to run the telecom business efficiently. They spoilt the career of many professionals.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
