The work environment is very bad, they are not supporting in COVID times post September 2020 they have started firing employees forcefully. Region Head and Zonal Heads are pushing their team to over perform but infra and customer base is saturated and competition between Partner Managers are present. As Tata's Telecom business is not sustainable and they are incurring losses every quarter, its better not to join. Here almost more than Partner managers are there accross 8 Zonal Heads in Mumbai region, and barely 10-12 old peoples in system are able to do their AOP targets monthly. So you can understand the work pressure here. The market of Enterprise business of Tata have also competition and in COVID times there is so much churns in existing revenue happened. Now they have started removing the Underperformed Managers and not supporting during COVID. Only in Salary perspective they have supported their employees and no salary has been deducted yet....Read More

Here Work Culture is very bad, If you talk anything against your Boss, you can face HR and even you can loose your Job. There is jo job security is here also. The senior petson who are present in the system from last 8-15 years they are dominating here and everything is in their control. If you are growth oriented and looking for better career growth then please dont Join TTBS as its Tata's group company. You will get no respect here....Read More
