It's a bad organization. They will cut every corner they can to from your money. Variables are 10% but almost never paid. In over 5 years got 30% total hike and 10% of that is Variable. Appraisal cycle keep on changing... Always try to push 1 or 2 months. From pune office they fired 400 employees in early 2021 and also not paid salary to them for 7 months, all in name of corona. Managers do consider Saturday as working and may ask you to work on Sundays as well....Read More

Dislikes

Have maximum Tata Internal clients. Almost no scope of onsite opportunities. Maximum production plant kind of environment. Almost no IT feeling. Politics and groupisim is heavy on performance. They do not increase salaand the moment you resign they have possibility to pay 50-60% more.

Working on Sunday. Have over 70 leaves can't use them.
