Job security is essentially dependent on the projects that are awarded to the company by various OEMs and a loss of project definitely impacts the security quotient. Being on bench is always a risky proposition for any individual. This apart,salary/appraisal is below par compared to the industry standards, with no variable pay awarded for almost 3years now to this date. Company policies are very ambiguous with many being derived in a way a manager/HR finds it suitable.
