1. The company has no vision. 2. Work is allocated based on favouritism and not to provide growth or develop skills of junior staff. 3. Cross functional communication is poor. 4. Too much of politics. 5. Knowledge transfer between teams members is not provided and no team bonding activities undertaken.

Work Details

only excel data preparation job is asked which has no end use and analysis. Work is required to be done on “Do as directed” basis. No improvements or suggestions are looked into. No recognition of extra hours put it.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I am working in transaction department and I can say it is a worst department. Lots of manual work. 2-3 hour daily zoom meeting. In month end its prolong up to 14-16 hours. New recruiting hardly work for 1-2 months and left.

Dislikes

90 days notice period for permanent employee.
