TATA is not just a company it is an emotion. Culture is far more better than the other MNC companies. Salary scale is also good. But the main thing is people are so helpful at here. They are not pulling the legs. I have not found any diplomacy or politics. But it depends upon the branches. But if you Join any TATA group then only you can feel the emotions.
