It's just toxic, it's an NGO but it's for increasing good for the TATA group of companies, The management is soo toxic and have to work for long hours, no holidays, too much targets, you will be recruited for some thing but you have to work everything, I personally work as a BFSI facilitator but have to take care of BFSI and YDM for multiple batches. There is an ethics and compliance team called POSH but the wolfs will be there in the team and they will justify on sheeps complaint. As a training company Tata Strive says that they are developing the youths and sustaining them, but the facts are trainer are 1. Standing on the road to grab the students. 2. Train them... 3. Visit office to office and beg them to make the students placed. Actually this ia the main objective of the company.

Sometimes felt like sales man, sometime beggers... Did not have the respect one should have as a trainer.

In the TATA STRIVE have less growth not careto employee, and also they giving appraisal very bad, regional manager are not a good boss and not also good leader, he always treated like he is very good and always demotivate the employee, also ready to take revenge. Working environment is good at Delhi centers. The only thing that is very concerning is the Appraisals. Policies are very good.
