I am working as a Safety Supervisor in TATA STEEL under MASCOT ELECTROMECH PVT LTD, I find myself in one of the best company and environment. TATA STEEL takes all those initiatives required for the welfare of the employees, workers of the vendor partner and other association connected directly or indirectly to TATA STEEL. I LOVE BEING A PART OF TATA STEEL.

Dislikes

The parmanent employees should treat the workers and the contractors and vendor's employees and workers a little more kindly and helpfully. It's just a request not complain.

As safety supervisor .Before starting any I have discuss tbt with my worker that part is very interesting and it's good time to discuss about safety and getting feedback of my worker.. having good behaviour at worksite. Monthly safety programm were done..
